The "Movement Practice" sessions are rooted in the the principles of Oriental Medicine (yin/yang and the five elements) and the understanding of the subtle energy anatomy (meridians and chakras).

Specific sequences detoxify and rejuvenate your vital organs and glands. You will explore the way mind and body are connected and learn how to harmonise the "internal climate" with earth's natural rhythm.

This practice helps you release tensions and free your range of motion. You will increase your ability to observe what is moving within you, while you also gain strength and flexibility.
